After sending "Hi" message, you will receive a welcome message, which will have three buttons, you have to select the Services button.
After selecting the services button, you have to select the option of citizen complaint.
After selecting the Citizen Complaint button, select your preferred language, after this you will get a form.
To register your complaint, fill the form, enter your correct information while filling the form and fill in the description of your complaint in your own language, after filling the form, select the continue button.
After submitting the form, you can submit the Google location of your area of complaint. You can also share some photos with us.
Once you complete all these processes, your complaint will be registered and you will get a complaint number which you can use in future to know the status of your complaint. Select the continue button for more information.
You can register your complaint directly through WhatsApp. You don't need to download any kind of application. You can chat with us directly by typing "Hi" in WhatsApp. This chatbot service is absolutely free.
